Companion "Death slaad" only works from at-will hits.

But description says - should work from everything.

Please fix it or change description.

    Last time i checked was working on my warlock's encounters too (haven't checked dailies)

    gimme 30min , i'll post with ACT screens

    added to post some screens....doesn't work from encounters...only from at-will.
