Perfect Balance Feat for Arbiter Clerics
This bug has been reported since the release of mod 16 when it was found and to this day, this has not been fixed.
Perfect balance requires 4 stacks of each judgement, but sometimes it bugs to 6 stacks for each. However, at times it refuses to proc regardless of how many stacks you get, so i have to log out and at times that seems to help. I have had this issue during testing on dummies so i had the leisure to make sure i don't make any mistake from my part.
Please, fix this vital feat otherwise you'll see no one playing Arbiter. You've had enough time as well. If it was just some random ability that we don't use then that'll be ok but it's our main source of consistent dps.
