Warlock's Bargain doesn't Cleanse with a lone Warlock

BUG: The 'Cleanse' part of Warlock's Bargain only works when there is another player character to target.
PROBLEM: Lone warlocks cannot cleanse Runic Trap debuffs from themselves, not even with the help of a Companion.
This bug seems to affect only warlocks, and paladins and clerics can cleanse debuffs off themselves just fine.
