I've given my disdain for some of the new changes, and i still don't like the feats, would be nice if there were a bit more as i have some builds that doesn't use 1 or 2, or i just place random points just so i don't keep getting that blinking tab. Seems like the new feats are trying to make you choose a build to their liking rather than you trying to make your own unique (ish) build that works for you/your playstyle and not have any feat points wasted. I can kind of get it (well can only guess) but still...
I do however love the new difficulty some of the dungeons have become, and therefore are actually more fun and really put the emphasis on teamwork. With some of the changes to class paths, it's really awesome seeing unique sets of groups every now and then. Just recently, I teamed up with 3 others (so 4 out of 5) for temple of spider in a intermediate (or w.e is the one after leveling) random queue and it was awesome. Our healer was a scourge warlock and our tank was a GWF which i never seen before. I have tried making a scourge warlock before this module that healed people via life steal + feats, but its cool now that it has a path dedicated to healing. I also do enjoy that fighter can have tank and dps path, BUT i really wish i could make a dps with the tank path coz i love the retaliate ability. BUT i wish the random q would also consider your character's path. MAYBE i missed something, coz i still am trying to learn some of the new mechanics, but i tried to do a random leveling q with my fighter as a DPS path but didn't seem to see any tanks. Does the Q take into account our paths we chose? like tank vs dps vs healer? Was i just bad at paying attention? I also love/hate the new tanking system, its cool i get to see team's threat levels. It's a bit more difficult now but its satisfying when you get the hang of it and is a bit more engaging, though i find tanking more fun now with pally than fighter. Before i felt they were about just as fun. I mean, its coz i like using the knight's valor but its locked behind level 80 and from reading it idk if ill find it as good as im used to. It sounds like it'll only buff one guy...am i reading it wrong?

There's simply no balance between time invested and what you get in the end.
And i'm also guessing that these changes will slowly kill the random queues above the "leveling" one, since healer and tanks are going to stick to their friends and/or guild mates for running those from now on.
So, unless you're playing a healer/tank and you're part of a solid guild/alliance, you'll be up youknowwhatcreek without a paddle.
