Possible Bug Quests locked out

yes so i login come do the new intro quest to get to stardock and then i talk to the new quest giver and i see this immediately https://prnt.sc/os7am1 now i havent done any quests so why is 2 of them locked out for 3 days and 17 hours? none of them should be locked out if i havent done any, i think some coding from test server may have slipped through since i did couple there last night...................please fix @dinothar#3332 @frozenfirevr please
