Game Crashes with Error Code CE-38700-8

I have crashed twice in total to this error code, and the second time cost me big.
The first time was in Well of Dragons when I was passing by a dying White Dragon en route to a Demonic Slaughter HE. The crash happened out of the blue.
This time though it happened when I was summoning Bachho in Soshenstar River, a 2-star Lure I earned myself was used and as a result I lost the Lure because my game crashed while Bachho was spawning.
I am quite livid about the lure loss and demand this crashing issue be looked into as recompense for my loss so that it can get fixed before it has a chance to further inconvenience me, and anyone else that might be getting this error code from crashes to blue screen.
