The new mod 17 wants to bring back PVP into light.
However, newcomers to pvp are generally wrecked and could be discouraged very soon.....
To soften this feeling:
-remove the pet bonuses that are active in PVP, while it has been confirmed as not WAI.
-divide by 2 the value of the enchants. This decrease of value would be only for PVP and will decrease the stats gap between the players. The best would be to scale somehow the parties depending on their members, but I think it is difficult to implement.
And voila... These small adjustments maybe will give a chance to PVE people fighting against hardcore pvp players.

its not about scaling parties depending on their members.. its more about scaling all members on both sides the same every time in a particular Q
if people refuse to play with a mike no amount of scaling will help against hard core coordinated pvp players
