Bug is on live server. Similar to the GF's and GWF's self buff bugs, Arbiter DC also has some self buff calculation issues.
The Doomslayer and Divine Equilibrium self buffs are not calculating properly. Rather than being multiplicative like every buff has been in the past 10 modules, these buffs are strangely adding to the Combat Advantage/Critical Severity portion of the damage formula. Worth noting that Pilgrim's Light is working correctly as a 5% multiplicative buff.

Divine EquilibriumThis was a pain to test because of the passive equilibrium generation. My best hope was to use Forgemaster's (300 Divinity) and Daunting Light (200 Divinity). I almost always passively regenerated some Divinity, so I'd guess the damage bonus would be somewhere around the 13-14% range rather than the max 15%.
(I count it as 13.5% in the test because it's the average of 13% and 14% and it very hard to line up a Crit before your Divinity regens to some amount above 50%.)
Expected Damage after using FF & DL, then scoring a Critting Lance of Faith with CA:
100*0.8*1.04*1.05*1.135*(1+0.81+0.0950)=188.8876
Actual damage is 178.476.
The buff is somewhere in the 13-14% range (closer to 14%, tbh) and is clearly additive.
