To players: this is mainly a bug report thread, if you need to rant go somewhere else. Will update the op with bug reports or bug-related feedback only.
To devs: will try to keep the original post updated with fixes and reports from other players to allow you to save time in case thread will grow too much
Will start with a thank you for all the fixes and changes I found on M17 preview not tracked in patch notes. Still a long way to get balance, but apreciated to see the effort spite the low resorces to dedicate to that:
- When soulweaver is back from near death status it starts with 0 sparks (other healing classes have their divinity left back)-
Tyrannical curse DoTs are half as effective than main hit, probably not benefits from armor penetration-
Brood of Hadar is dealing more damage than intended (details here https://arcgames.com/en/forums/neverwinter#/discussion/1252251/warlock-adjustments-part-2-
Lingering sustain feat procs 3 times only (or for 1/2 of magnitude, whatever)-
Gladiator guile mount bonus is properly providing movement speed and stamina regen increase thought there's still a 1+ second delay for stamina to regen after stop using shadow slip-
Curse Bite is more responsive and can't be longer casted with no cursed target (half fixed: the lock on cast works if the target is still alive)
- Hadar's Grasp: The crit on DoTs is now related to first hit. I think it's intended, as many DoT skill on wizard works the same way,
wondering if is WAI if spark are not generated on each crit but first one only. Tooltip is incorrect, as highliting the additional hold time on curse consume effect without specifying the derived increased magnitude (from 50*4=200 to 50*6=300).

The self inflicted damage from Essence Drain is proccing Soul Defiler for the amount stated on tooltip, while other spells that works same way (aka: Warlock Bargain and Soul Pact) are not, what's the intended behaviour?-
Hellfire ring DoTs are buffed by some buffs (checked D2D-WC-FoE) but still now increased by others (checked sparks)-
Slotting DC+ACC double procs the DC effect from some at-wills and is keeping on proccing even when target is already cursed This is not a gamebreaking bug as is making (very) situationally viable a combo won't be ever used otherwise, could suggest to save time and incorporate it to class and update tooltip to specify current functionality-
Dreadtheft is not crazyproccing the % weapong damage based companion (tested death slaad only), I am not sure about this fix, a double check would be highly apreciated.
Please consider to rework power: is useless in current state.

Creeping death is not stacking and it's getting refreshed/interrupted by subsequent attack. I apreciate you didn't invest resources on fixing this useless feats, an AoE boost in its place could be better use, as EG works fine on single target. Not a #1 priority tho.-
Prince of Hell, Flames of Phlegethos and Gates of hell are still missing rework: nothing to add here as plenty of feedback provided in many previous posts.Thanks for reading and future fixes and improvement

May want to update this bug to your changelog. Apparantly warlocks bugged and have multiplicative buffs and should be additive and so performing better than intended... ?!?
Further testing and found out it may be due to certain powers not actually applying damage.
In various test rotations that begin without hfr, the power that should apply curse does 0 damage and no curse applied before hg, including killing flames or does not register hit in logs nor apply curse, animation not canceled, just no actual hit and sometimes registers 0 damage on log. Same occurs if hfr activated after another power, then hg. It will show the power activate but no animation from it, hg activates after, then during atwill hfr animation activates delayed and no si stack since no curse consumed.
But if you spam hfr it will activate 2x3 times before activating animation before hg and properly consume curse for si stac but it can take up to 3 seconds for animation even begins to actually fire off and apply curse. Similar to tyranical daily issue and delayed 3 seconds before animation activates and registers hit in log.
Actually the only power to stack is Hadar Grasp with a pretty long cooldown, Killing Flame Spawns a puppet too but only when the boss is dead. Accursed Souls also works but only once a minute.
The average time to stack 5x5% RI stack is 75 seconds on my Hellbringer... after 75 seconds a phase has ended or a boss is dead in most fights.
On top the puppet dies in between, another issue wich slows down the small benefit we get from this mechanic.
There needs to be a way to speed up stcks of SI/RI imo.
Either give other encounter the ability to call a puppet or rework an underperforming Class Feature like Dark Prayer to spend two procs of RI from designed powers. By that you can either decide ro run ACC (Curse on At Will or DtD+5% damage) or skip them to go for a Classfeature that buffs your encounter damage on bosses. Maybe there are further options like giving Vampiric Embrance this option "back" as it once also stacked SI/RI.
This could be one step to be more competetive against classes that buff up in 5 seconds - compared to 75 seconds!!
1. Another pretty annoying "bug" or problem is Essence Drain not working in case your target is blocked by a companion or npc infight, you end up pressing and pressing that tab button and the sparks do not fill up, happens repeatedly infight and pretty much leads to dead partymember
2. on preview if you cast Shatter spark at 400mag it heals my lock for:

Can´t tell why that LS procs stop working, my health was at 30% and I was infight.
It only does 1/2 of magniude and it also does not stac, wich is ment to be like that I assume!
Lingering Sustain 75 mag= bug !
Other healing spells like PoP, Wraith Shadow and Harrowstorm refresh that procs but on last tick LS only does 3 instead 6 ticks
3. Wraith Shadow Basedamage 4x774=3096 -> 161 magnitude = bug
Vampiric Embrance Basedamage 3826 -------->200 mag
The healingcomponent- DOT ticks actually with 5x 5.5 mag=27,5 magnitude in a hole...not 40, anyway underwhleming ...but 5.5 magnitude ticks from a DOT ? WAI or simply completely bugged
Multiplier from Warlocks Bargain 10%, PoP 10% and From the Brink seem to work actually and stack same as I recognized an overall improvement concerning Soulweaver due to changes and bugfixes, thx.

Sadly they Will only look at the additive Buff part. And it Will ve a (even) major nerf to sw damage since its magnitudes are horrible and depends on its Buff mulptipliers
Sometimes, well not sometimes... a lot of times i can't even generate soulsparks, especially on bosses...
- soul spark recovery feat doesn't seem to reduce curse bite cd's.
- ''Curse Bite is more responsive and can't be longer casted with no cursed target'' not entirely true, if you spam cast it it will use both charges (even if the target/targets die with the first cast).
- As far as i know i still can't self cleanse...
_ Dying and losing all soul sparks is just... ( i would like to see what would happen if clerics and paladins lost all of their divinty when they died (lol)).
- Shadowslip, it must be lag but i still get cc'ed sometimes when i'm supposed to have immunity.
- shatter spark, sometimes (getting tired of using this word) doesn't heal nearby allies if there's an abstacle (companions / enemies, and yeah i know comps count as allies but its just ugh...)
- Soul reconstruction should not be usable on companions and we should also be able to move while casting it ( since this is a remodel from the old devoted cleric divinity use)

Ps4, latency still averaging below 9ms after 16 hops. Using firewall server analytics to monitor real time traffic and everything looks good with below 10% throughput and below 20% resources. 50mb up down on ethernet wan service, priority 1 tagging with up to 75% throttle burst on packets, port, and ip traffic, physical connection to ps4 while all other traffic on vaps with 2 or higher priority. Including Deep packet inspection tagging for all psn traffic routed and set with same priority.
Same preexisting issue with tyranical daily during fast rotation input queuing that has been around many many mods. Hfr is able to be interrupt ed or animation canceled with other encounters, atwills, and itself, while sometimes delayed activating after 2 or more powers activated. Only solution is to stop or slow rotation untill animation is complete and hfr puddle is visible, same as tt daily. Some animation cancleing works with well with it like hfr after a cb will reliably activate, but using hfr after a hg or fb for example will have adverse effect. Appears to happen with any long activation power, including fireball on cw.
