Game crashes when leaving the Black Ice Forge

I visited the Black Ice Forge in Caer-Konig to create some black ice enchantments, and upon exiting the forge the game crashes

Repro steps:

1. Login to my level 80 arbiter cleric, who is standing at the Black Ice Forge
2. Press X to use the forge
3. Observe the Items & Enchantments tab of the Black Ice Forge
4. Press O to exit the forge

Observed result:
Game crashes to bluescreen.

Expected result:
Character exits the black ice forge and game play continues.


Please note: I have tested this four times since the initial crash and it happens every time.

I have experienced this also. I got it from just processing raw black ice.

I spoke to another player who explained she found it happened every time, as long as there was nothing to purchase at the black ice forge. It would exit normally if there was unprocessed raw black ice.

This happens to me every time whether I purchase anything or not.

This is happening regularly for me now.

Happened to me also today also....bought a lesser black ice enchant and upon pressing exit.....immediate blue screen.

I do find switching to the Upgrade tab before exiting helps prevent the crash.
