I also put this in into bugs, since obviously devs ignore the class week by week and nothing is gonna change on preview except nerfing DC and OP a bit instead fixing this class. If you want so, it´s a double post, who cares.
Soul Pact leeches 80% max HP no way to mitigate, you can cancel the hole daily and it´s effect somtimes by shift. It tics 40 times in ten seconds instead 10 times in a group.

Some of this is WAI but some of this looks pretty bugged ...
1. Warlocks Bargain in general deals more damage towards the warlock than it does heal the group 2:1

DC can mass dispell and heal 200mag on top , warlock simply cuts himself and pulls out low green numbers.
2. Wraith Shadow does pitty full healing procs .... like nothing, seems bugged or underpowered or both, my Insignia boni do 6 times better.

3. Same counts for general ability called Soul Defiler, 0,5-1% from dealt damage is tranfered into healing, looks like this in the long run.

And why is the ammount of healing 0 to 1% ? It should heal your teammembers also, so healing should be more somehow 10k damge= 4x100 healing -->

5. our biggest heal Shatter Spark is 2 to 3 times weaker than DC's or Paladins -> Shatter spark 500mag, DC bastion 800mag, Oathkeeper 500mag + 2x500mag barrier on crit, wich is easy to proc all 5 seconds by feats.
6. our best feat Life Bind is not from any use since it is a constant selfkill on live, look at this

6. Pillar of power beaten by a Insignia boni in terms of healing...hm power?
I read in mod 17 Essence Dain is gonna be the next source of sado maso mechanic to cut yourself as Soulweaver.
I play lock and OP actually, DC and GF, no time atm.
I don´t feel like leading a serious discussion about actual problems tbh... so this is my visual interpretation of healing classes in mod 16. Feel free to add some more cartoons if you want, as you can see I am a bloody amateur in graphics, at least this could be some kind of fun.

Shadowslip doesnt mitigate damage or dodge stuns properly most of the time you need it when in combat.
Two warlocks in a group completely break curse mechanics, feats and powers dots since shared curse.
Almost every feat directly works against class mechanics and self buffs or is outright broken. Half of the passives give mediocre stats. Ri feat just clumsy and unreliable in actual combat. Creeping death broken.
Low magnitunes and slow cast times coupled with lack of burst cause mediocre aoe and single target dmg, hots, dots, and heals. Every aspect of class is subpar whether dps or healer in contrast to other classes.
This makes for extremely limited viable build and lack of synergy for personal and group play. No team benefit or incentives to include warlocks that are subpar in either heal or dps role since any other class performs much better at equivalent gearing and stats...
My pally and DC both with 130k power outperform my warlock in heals by a large margin. My wizard with 170k power outperforms my warlock dps, which has 216k power, also by a large margin.
Quite disappointing to see any other midlevel class outperform an endgame maxed warlock.
Let's just face the facts, warlocks are the absolute bottom tier healers and on par dps with clerics and barbies that can tank and heal properly. Not even close to comparable with wizard, ranger, or rogues in dps. Warlocks are unbalanced and non competitive in either role.

If the last few months are any refence, then don't expect any replies from the devs. Maybey more ninja changes that are no real impact or attempts to make blatently broken issue's appear patchworked, but still broken.
It's like watching a glass bottom boat sink while the captain screaming "Don't worry nothing to see here, everything's fine, were in a good place!", as he sits in a half inflated raft nearby in a drunken stupor.

Reality is that there are no groups looking for warlocks as either role for any content. Just look at zone chat, friend lists, guild, and alliance, discord, forums, etc. Warlocks are few now and related discussions are all quite dead, nothing else can really be said. Most have left or moved on to another class.
Tends to happen when a class is broken and underperforming for many months on end without devs replying or acknowledging feedback, lack of any impactful class updates in patches really don't help either.
It should be in the class description.
It's like whoever put the class together rolled dice to pick feats and encounters from a chart.
