Decanter of Atropal vs Soul sight

It seems that the decanter may be BiS for DPS. Thoughts?

depends on your playstyle.... the decant is more of an aoe artifact.... great for mobs (i use it myself) but not really all that on bosses... the soul sight on the other hand is awesome single taret artifact an works great on bosses an it can be mild on mobs but if used right with your build helps greatly
