New Mod 16+ artifact set bonuses need to be changed.

I appreciate the fact that the dev's are able to keep creating new artifact set bonuses but for dps all the new set bonuses (even the newest one on the preview server atm) suck no offense dev's. Most dps are opting for either the Demogorgon set or the lostmauth set (or other pre mod 16 sets) because they out perform the new set bonuses by a large margin. I"am suggesting either make it so u can upgrade old sets to lvl 80 equivalent gear or replace the new set bonuses with older ones like the demogorgon set bonus and the newly fixed lostmauth set bonus. The extra hitpoints from the new sets is really nice but the decrease in damage is not worth it for most serious endgame players. Even adjusting them to add 4k+ power to the necks and belts would be cool with a slightly better set bonus. The enchanted thumb and armaments of the wyvern sets are good for support though.

Or maybe they wanted to give you the hard choice between better set bonus with worse stats, or better stats with worse bonus?

Imagine that, you can't have the best of both worlds all the time.
