Vistani Curse

While in combat I periodically see "Vistani Curse" in red flash across my screen. With it being in red, it looks like a status effect but there is no other indication of anything happening. It's been driving me crazy! I'm running the Vistani Set on my Wizard. Again, nothing in any of the equipment notes that suggests a status or any kind of effect relating to the Vistani Curse. I'm also carrying the broken Vistani items. I equiped them in my artifact lineup with the Tarroka Deck in the main artifact slot. Still get the Curse notification .I remove the the Vistani artifacts from my inventory...curse notification. Anyone know what's going on here?

I use the tarroka set and I see the vistani curse proc often. That should be the tarroka set bonus where if you hit a mob with an AOE and it is the only target, it gets a debuff and takes 5% more damage from all sources.

Ok, so it isn't a negative effect on the player, it's one the set bonus that effects the mob. Got it! Thanks!
