Since we got stuff for in Neverwinter itself through that app, and it was released in a patch to Neverwinter, I'd say it was written and supported by Cryptic while it lasted.

Since we got stuff for in Neverwinter itself through that app, and it was released in a patch to Neverwinter, I'd say it was written and supported by Cryptic while it lasted.
He means an actual application that was made by somebody (and using that is unsafe since you're giving them your credentials). The website was by Cryptic but not the mobile app.
