Shadowplay users, I have an issue with twitch streaming

I hope that I am putting this in the right area. So, the issue is I normally use Nvidia's ShadowPlay to stream live to Twitch. When I try to activate it in Neverwinter I cannot type in the title box. The title box is highlighted but when I try to type the in game chat is responding. It will not allow a broadcast to start without the title box being populated. Can someone shed some light on this as I am not finding the solution.
