Warlocks Bargain doesnt work

i suppose this has been told already? but warlocks bargain isnt healing at all, making sw impossible as healer, pliz adress this, the warlock couldnt be worse right now but powers not working is tooo much.

indeed it is a very strong performing power... in terms of selfpunishment for that class, it healed for 15% compared to the selfinflicted damage towards warlock, awesome

But if you want to check Wraith Shadow.. it does not damage Soulweaver but.. it also does not heal anything beside some very very poor green numbers , I mean average 410 healing ??!! even at 14k IL downscaled it's just embarrassing

I also posted this month ago, Soul pact in a group proccing 40 times instead 10 times over ten seconds leaching 80% of your max. HP instead 20% (wich should be the correct number)
It was not even mentioned anywhere or noticed from devs side, they are tooo busy I guess

But.. you can be Paingiver using Life bind (even though its selfinduced damage towards SW)
