REQ Not Firing

We have had a full party. 1 Healer, 1 Tank and 3 DPS all of which exceed the minimum requirement. We que for the REQ. Currently there is only one dungeon/ option (Lair of the Mad Mage). We waited for over 15 minutes and it never fired. We ended up having to run it as a private for the dungeon to load. The dungeon loaded almost instantly. I am not an expert but I would think if everyone in the party qualifies, the party itself meets the qualifications and there is only one option there should not be any wait time at all. The main reason to select Random is just got the unrefined AD.

    Have had this happen on at least 2 occasions. Once it fires after group leader left the queue and joined it again. Another time we just went private.

    I have seen this before. Sometimes removing from the queue and queuing again makes it work. Disassembling the queue and trying again can also work.

    I think he mixed up direct queue and private REQ. He probably direct queued.

    May be that was the reason he could get in right the way (because he did not queue for REQ) but you needed to wait for 20 minutes.
