I have an item in my overflow pack that

• Will not go into an open slot in my pack
  
• Will not go into an open slot in my Materials Bag
  
• Will not go into an open slot in my Toolbox

Empty the slot top left of your 1st bag, move that overflow item to the empty slot.

Solved the issue for me.

My friend has it in his overflow too...it was in my first bag, but it has no description and no tooltip and no name and the equip option doesn't work.
