"Ghost Damage" Damage hits not registering, cooldowns still taking effect.

This issue has been happening for a while. I can not speak for other classes as i have not tested them BUT, for a WARLOCK if you have a good rotation going, lots of damage ticks and you use hellish rebuke your killing flames and tyrannical curse damage hits wont proc. For warlocks this is a huge issue that is about 25 percent of our dps being negated into nothing. it does not happens all the time but it is consistent,and very easy to reproduce on test dummies. The animation, cast times, and cooldowns all take effect please look into this as soon as possible as it may fix alot of the warlocks who are having issues.
