Starry Headwear transmute is bound

in Bug Reports (PlayStation®4)
The Starry Headwear transmute is account-bound, unlike the Starry Hat fashion which is unbound. This makes no sense. They should both be unbound so we can auction them.

    This isn't a bug though, it says binds on pickup in the tooltip.

    It's a bug if it's unintended. There's no sensible reason for one to be bound and one unbound, so it's probably unintended, so it's a bug.
