Ice Wind Dale No Pickaxe Bug - no glory bug

i bought the campaign buyout bundle, after i done this i really wanted the black ice armor transmute so i needed to get the pick axe i thought doing the opening quests for the campaign that i would get it as a reward.
i have done all yellow quests in the area and normally it would say come back tomorow and then another two or 3 quests would be unlocked back when i did it in mod 15 anyway i managed to get my black ice armor from my pally and transferred it over however i still dont have a pickaxe to getting anymore black ice is going to be really annoying.
Ps, i dont get any glory from solo dom matches recently anyone else experience this?
