Barbarian - unable to switch to tank loadout

Starting today, I've been unable to switch into my tank loadout. I have one other loadout that's set as DPS that I can switch to. The game makes the sound as if I am switching when I do try but nothing changes. Before today, i've had no problems..

Any ideas as to cause? Only thing I've really changed recently are a couple insignias and my chest/ring.

    Were you able to find a fix for the problem? I'm having a similar issue with my Cleric.
