Unable to see any chat

Hi, just after the weekly maintenance done last Tuesday, I login as usual and try to transfer some items through the ingame mail. The mail didn't go through and I got "Error: Internal Chat Server Error" message each time I tried to. I first thought it might be that the server isn't fully up and chat server down is not uncommon.
But then, I noticed something else. When you loaded into a zone, or instance, there's gonna be a bunch of System Notify message saying you've joined various chat channels. This message appears again and again, even when I'm in the same instance, as if the game could not load those chat channels for me, and, as result, I can't see anything in ANY chat channels. Whenever I typed something, none of my messages appear on any channels and PM to anyone doesn't appear too.
I have contacted Support and there's nothing they can do. They suggested me to use the /Whitelist_Chat command, but most chat commands doesn't work on console version of the game. They also suggested that I check my privacy settings, but nothing was changed. Lastly they suggest me to check ingame chat settings, but I do not found anything relevant to this. The mail issue seems to fix itself, but not this chat issue.
I tried creating a new account and the chat works just fine. I can see the busy trade and zone chats in PE on the new account, so the problem seems to be isolated to my account only.
Is there a way that devs could somehow reset the chats on the server side for my account? As it is, it's hard to group up to do contents, or basically do anything, unless I want to run everything solo, which I do not want to.
