Rustmonster's Presence

This companion boost appears to be removing Armor Penetration from my Oathkeeper on each proc whilst stood around the SH checking my stats (not actually doing anything) to try and balance them 74,168 at rest and then going down to 56,168 still at rest. My Justicar can stand around the SH at 74,055.

Using target dummies at the stronghold - didn't see Rustmonster's presence proc on Justicar - but did see it immediately proc on Oathkeeper and kept doing so. On each proc my Armor Penetration stat went down.
