Chests open at the end of ME but gave nothing, not getting anything from the chests

@jamiefors#0606 have you done the quest line from Runemaster Sinye? It seems that you need to have the quest “Rune-Etched Armor” in order to receive anything from the chests.

Haven’t completed it but it’s active, been ok all week just nothing from chests today

The quest not only needs to be active but you must have the converter in your inventory too, my friend had the same problem, had abandoned the quest, which deletes the converter, and until he picked up the quest and the converter again was not receiving any rewards from chest. After he did that the chests worked properly.
