Boons on console not giving same item lvl
I have been trying to figure out why my Arbiter is 500 item lvl higher than my Devout with all the same gear, enchants, insignias and companions. Figured it out finally when I stripped an old wizard of mine of everything except guild boons before I retrained it.
with just guild boons and epic mount power both loadouts were 1600
loadout 1 (only 8 boons) with 5 points into power and 3 into hp boons = 1800
loadout 2 (only 8 boons) with 5 points into power and 3 into damage boon (cultist power) = 1875
not sure if this is a bug or as intended so was curious to find out
