Play with Devs - never received email code for attending

A few days ago during the "Play with Devs" event on the mimic preview server, we were told by the developers that gift codes for the live server would be sent to our emails for attending the event. I never received any code in my email, ingame mail, or message on arc account. I'm certain the email associated with my account is correct because I am able to receive login verification and responses to GM tickets with my email.
