Where can I find the prized pact blade of the cult

Legit looked on wiki and I find something else with a similer name and the damage is HAMSTER its bare min damage on the one I saw someone have is like 3.5k or something on legendary I have yet to find any of that on wiki

    Prized Pact Blade of the Cult is a random Master Expedition drop.
    Acct bound on drop. Can get from Rage rune runic chest (I assume at least), and from quest turn-in at Obaya.
    Acceptable weapon for folks who haven't gotten Alabaster/Burnished and refined those to Epic at least.
    It doesn't refine or anything though.
