Lair of Lostmauth Lava Invisoble Lava and Fireballs

Last night we ran a LoL. At the Lostmauth fight, the lava and fireballs were not visible to 4 of the 5 party members. We only completed because the one party member that could see the lava directed us to non-lava quadrants.
