Rewards Claim Agent shows Sigil for Level 60 reversed.

When my Wizard is active I see the Sigil of the Ranger available for purchase but not the Sigil of the Wizard. The reverse is true when my Ranger is active.

This, as long as you have completed the level 60 sigil quest for different classes you can claim them across all your other toons. Once you have claimed/possess it, it should then be unavailable to claim again.

So in this case I have never claimed either of them. They state that they are bound to character once claimed. For example if I look with my Wizard, the Ranger's Sigil is available but all others are grey. If I claim this with the Wizard wont it be bound to the Wizard and unusable?
