Night terror like encounter in Undermountain or old maps..

As mention in the title, I would like to suggest special encounter or boss (world boss) roaming in Undermountain or old maps that give some rewards or chance for unique drops. The new mod introduce huge map or areas but sadly not much to do after completing the campaign. Anyway this is just a suggestion. Thank you for reading.
