Legacy Campaign replaces..."area achievements"?

Pre-Mod16, you could see which of the zones you had started/finished the official storyline for (and received the minor reward).

Has that been completely removed? Is there anyway to figure out what I still have to do on some alts? [Yes, I'm OCD!]
