missing mod 16 epic companion gear

At you system design AMA developers ensured epic companion gear is now a reward for "ME"s, whitch is´nt true, because expedition to vankadorn is not a master expedition. Will there be any new companion gear available in mod 16? Or have the people, who hav´nt got the companion gear as reward form leveling quests, wait for next mod?

    They did not say it was in a current patch that is live, they just said it was changed internally. That means we may not see it for a few more patches.
