Seen a few different builds, almost all using not so fast with the first feat. Trample the fallen procing quickly makes it nice. After that, preference on the other encounters. The class features have several to choose from, but I've been running the trample w/ the 25% crit sev. Tried the steel blitz, but with the at wills, didn't do as much as the crit sev w/ ACT running. Can mix on those, but still think the crit sev too good to pass up. According to Janne's power scale, at 150k you need 2500 power for each 1% increase in DPS. Crit sev 1% equates to the 1% dps on the damage formula, but you only get 50% of the time. So 25% crit severity at 150k power, is 62.5k worth of power when you crit. Makes the guild boons 8k power vs 15% crit sev a little different argument now. But not so fast/IBS and a third encounter of your choice is easy to grasp I think. Axe's for mobs, frenzy for boss or bloodletter according to one guys build, or the punishing charge(i think) to jump in activating trample, not so fast, IBS. I'd say the wyvern daggers for active artifact, demo for set, or try the new apprentice set maybe, has 4k combat adv.
On comp, with 3 def, 1 off, 1 utility, id say deepcrow for 6k power at epic/8k leg is prob easy pick for most. On bar store at epic now. 3 Def, minstrel gives best pow at 4k at leg, ioun stones 2k. Solinters gives 4% crit severity on a def, which im working on getting to leg. Think the bear cub gives nice bonus when enraged. Utility, I went mercenary for the 4k pow/2k combat, but there are other options, not many have alpha compy. the pocket wiki by rainer is a great place to check out companion options. But the only stat that should hard to cap for is combat adv if you have decent bondings. Bondings, empowered, comps is how id upgrade, then radiants later. The equip, the % gear is better, like heels of fury, vs the power. The 3% melee buff stacks twice, so heels and kiuno/ebonized ring is better. once get the ebonized ring from ME's, I'd use shadowstalker +4/+5 with it. on the gloves, fearbringers or terror grips are cool, but I think the primal are better for the stacking 5% power. Haven't really been able to test that yet. But at 175k power, I was getting 8k added from the primal at the target dummy. Artifacts, wyvern(active), Trobrinad ring, music box, staff of flowers, and set(orcus, or use those last 4 with music box apprentice set). If working on those, id use orcus, with soul sight as active if that's what you used to use, and 2 others that give power/combat adv/hp. On insignias, most aren;t good for offense, assassins now doesn't give power, so...have a gladiators, shepards for the speed, artificers for the cooldown on artifact use, and 2 heals maybe. But use what insignias you have and set goals I guess. Dominance with pow/comp infl are untouchable id say if you can afford. I stacked a few cheap aggression and skill so I could overcap and take the pearl ring off, slot a +4/+5 heroic ring, or adorable, and raise the combat adv huge. Take off the plated belt comp equip and do the same with the heroic in its place and you can easily get to 110k+ combat adv.
A big part is also potions. Potion(7.5% crit sev of choice), event food(sorbet or summer feast for the power/crit sev/hp/etc), elixir(10% crit sev), and guild food (I use the spped 5% over the 1100+ power), and invoke blessing adds quite a bit now too. If really want, can use the scrolls from winterfest and use the power one or speed if you have them, they also add a stack. Scale bonus is nice, and try to get doohickey, hits like a brick house, and stronger based on your power I think.
I almost have the box set lvled, and will be able to test, but pretty sure itll be better and the hp will be nice over the orcus set. Wyvern is more about the active it does, the 12% more dps taken and 12% debuff I think. And if you miss, only 15 sec cooldown. But not necessary, soul sight is still good.

There's a WIP one there that's decent.
