PS4 - Connecting to the account server issues

Beginning around 12:30pm, (CST) I was disconnected and now I have not been able to login. At first, I was receiving a WS-37403-7 error code and I have restarted the PS4 and my router to fix the issue. However, I am stuck in the loading screen, which says, "Connecting to the account server. Please wait..." Does anyone have recommendations in order to fix this?

    Same here. I’ve rebooted to not avail. I know PS4 network was down earlier today, but seems to be back up.

    Update - I’m now in after closing the application and restarting it again.

    Thanks for the responses. Later in the evening I was able to login and play. I'll use your link for the Playstation website for future issues.
