Delay the launch to allow selecting 'Preview' or 'Owlbear' Shards

A 3-5 second delay after selecting launch or 'Enter" should do it. The 1 second delay is just not cutting it.

    Don't select the 'fast launch' in options....

    And the 'Announcements / patch notes' subforum???
