Undermountain, next quest?

I seem to have missed something. I completed the Twisting Gate
quest for the woman from Chult. After that I can't find the next
story advancement. I finished the latest step in Campaigns, so that's
not it. Talked to the bar owner about runes and he says to talk to
someone upstairs (with a bookshelf and a blue candle) - I don't
see them. If they're on the 3rd floor, I'm not being allowed up
by the guards.

Wandered around underground and only found the girl who wants spores.
There are no Undermountain quests shown in my journal, either.

Any guesses as to what I'm sposed to do to trigger the next quest?

The Next Campaign box says "Into the Twisted Caverns"
requires completing "Something" Fishy quest

typically, when people get stuck in the undermountain campaign, it is either because they have a task they need to do in the campaign window, or because they need to pick up the next quest, generally at the ssme location as where they turned the previous quest in.

Found the spot. Oddly I had to read a plaque in the next dungeon section
to get someone to show up and give me a quest.

Complete your undermountain step to conitnue. I went to the journal clicked on campaigns and there is no undermountain campaign for me to pick So how am I to get to the next step, without there being a undermountain campaign for me to pick? Am I doing something wrong here?

Check the Adventures tab. Also, any reason why you are necro'ing a 3 year old thread?
