Curious on undermountain ME drops?

Last week I was getting gear drops running MEs. Last couple days not one piece of gear (hats, boots, armor) have dropped for me. Last week a friend of mine ran with me and all he got were boots and hats nothing else.
So, my two questions are:
Have you changed drop rate? And Why are drops not consistent with balancing out random drops so each piece will be dropped? This should include getting alabaster weapons at end of runs.

i've gotten the whole Alabaster weapon set with one character on the first daily ME runs, and i've another character that only got the Prized MH weapon after a looot of daily ME runs.
