Ranger bug - Flurry

Blade Hurricane Feat :
Using a melee encounter power grants Flurry for 3sc, Flurry causes your melee alt-will to deal double damage.

Bug : If you use more than one melee encounter within 3 seconds, the subsequent encounters won't reset the Flurry proc. You can only reapply Flurry once the first 3second proc is finished.

Another annoying bug, but not sure what triggers this, is that sometimes melee encounter Hindering Strike will cancel itself. The encounter animation happens, but no damage are registered on enemies.
