(PC) new mouse/keyboard causing jerkyness

I bought a new Razor cynosa keyboard and a Razor deathadder elite mouse. The game ran completely fine with the garbage mouse and keyboard I had before and once I plugged these new ones in and got in game everything has like a jerky lag type feel to it. Im wondering if there is a setting I am missing to fix this problem.

if I am standing still and move the mouse around it is smooth but if I am walking and look around it is choppy/jerky.
