SW - increase healing and add regeneration soul sparks in combat

Hi.
Could you tell me why SW haven't any possible regeneration of souls sparks ?
SW as healer is useless on secound boss in LOMM.
Thay can't regenerate souls sparks so thay can't heal, so all ppl die.
Also in secound boss is a problem to heal ppl in cocons (SW don't have any skill to instant heal big amount of HP)
It's of course possible, but they must have a very small response time to make it possible, or 200 power + Vorpal.
In my opinion Cryptic should allow SW's use Tab power without any mob (to allow heal in secound boss on LOMM)
and thay should increase heal magniture of Soul Reconstruction (at-will) (200 -> 350) and also increase drain of soul sparks using it (50%)

MOD 16 summary:
- GWF useless (any CW may do bigger DMG than fully equipped GWF)
- SW heal = useless (even can't heal on 1th boss on LoMM)

I agree however that the path should have better setup for heals and sparks but the chances of this happening is really low. Do not get your hopes up.
I my self would prefer to dps on my warlock and heal dungeons like fbi or msp but as far as lomm gos I would not bother trying to heal that dungeon as a lock healer.
