Claim Valuables button flashing when there's nothing to claim

since the recent update the claim valuables button is flashing but when i open it there's nothing there to claim everything is redded out so I cant claim it. can you look into this pleazse?

I've got a reclaimable companion on there.

There are also class sigils. Have you claimed all 8 (or at least however many you can)?

I have a similar issue.

Flashing Claim Valuables.

I then claim the Simiril Holiday Helper.

It goes into my inventory, but I already have one of those so it sits in the inventory.

If I discard it, the flashing Claim Valuables button comes back.

there is only one toon on my account and i already have the GWF sigil so its not that

It's annoying and should only flash when there's something new that can be claimed that hasn't yet been seen by the player. Everyday seeing something that makes you think, "Oh, maybe I got some new valuable reward!" only to be let down is terrible and leads to what happens to me, "Oh what the heck, I'll check and maybe it'll stop flashing." Then getting one of two, "Argh, nope.. Why do I bother?" or "Oh HAMSTER, how long has that been sitting in there?" Simply... It's a terrible UI/UE design that leads to annoyed users and is easily fixed. It's also something you learn early on in developing for the user experience and what not to do. Yeah, I know, it's the least of our worries and the devs, but think of it as just another straw that gets added to the camel's (user's) back that builds up to, "Gee, these guys are just simply bad at what they are doing or simply don't care and I'm tired of it. Bye." No, none of us will quit playing because of this one little thing, but the importance of this sort of thing should not be underestimated. Specially when this particular thing is the very first thing we notice the first time we load into one of our characters _every_day_.

LOL, can you guys tell that I'm getting tired of all these amateurish "mistakes" or quirks in this game and getting to the point where when I see this I am so close to the point of just hitting ALT+F4, quickly moving on, and not bothering with the game for a while?

Anyway, sorry for the rant! This is just one of those small things I wish they'd change because it's so prominent, glaring, and annoying even though it's so terribly minor...

This bothers me and does not bother me.

If the fix is about turning it off when there is nothing to claim, it will not help me a bit. Hence, without that fix, it does not bother me because for me, it will still be blinking. Because I always have stuff not claimed by nature. For example, Dragonborn pack which is reclaimable. If I drop any item from that pack, the pack will claimable again. Hence, stay blinking.

If the blinking is about something new was added, that will help me.
