How do I get this power for my Paladin?

I saw a player (assume) who is playing a Paladin. They used a skill in where their Paladin had a yellowing glowing warrior hovering over them and it matched the movements the Paladin made. Just wondering do anyone know what is the name of the skill and how to get it?

Surely it is a skill ?, I think it is a companion, it may be the paranoid delusion ...

I saw a picture of the Paranoid Delusion. If what I saw was a campanion then I doubt it was the Paranoid Delusion since the the graphic I saw glew yellow.

The paranoid delusion copies clothing and enchantments, both weapon and armor, including visual effects ....
