Guild Bank Functionality Bug

Hello -

I'm a guild leader, and frequently receive feedback that members cannot deposit into banks that they should be able to be, based on set permissions. This is intermittent, which I'm aware makes it difficult to pinpoint, but seems to only occur for lower than rank 7s as none of our leaders have ever reported it.

Steps:
1) Go to Stronghold on any toon (random)
2) Access guild bank
3) Attempt to deposit item in an allowed repositiory

Expected Outcome:
Item is removed from inventory and appears in bank

Observed Outcome:
Item does not move and no indication is given of any issue, silent failure.

Has been happening for at least a year that i know of. Both xbox one and ps4 it happened. Sometimes using a different item slot in the same bank page works its weird.

In my guild it also happens, ps4 system, for more than a year, it is always solved by restarting the application of the game
