Creation of lvl 70/80 character

As you all know, there are 3 platforms on which you can play this game. But only one platform (PC) can transfer the character from live server to preview server.
As a player on PS4, I would also like to check, test and provide opinions on new things. Without high level character this is very limited. Creating one from scratch is not an option.
There is already a ZEN item that allows you to create a lvl 70 character with the initial equipment that would allow testing, so it would be nice to unlock it for free on the preview server
