TR artifact sets AI vs Demon Lord's Immortality

I'm a 12.2k TR no guild with most boons up to The Cloaked "Redundancy" campaign.
So, I've been wandering around with a full DLI set of artifact gear 2/3 fully upgraded. Ive done some random testing and it seems the DLI set doesn't perform as well as other gear so it sits in my bag.
I'm now looking at the artifact set from Acquisitions Inc. They have differences and similarities enough to look much more viable and with higher iL. Thoughts? Has anyone compared the two sets? I can't find anything.
And one last thing. I have 11.5k ArP, but it says i have 97% defenses ignored. My understanding was that you needed rouggly 24K ArP to get 100% defenses ignored. My power is 23k, so i can't really increase that without dininishing returns. I have room for defense and some extra crit, but I'm just confused how i have almost 100% Armor ignored with 11.5k Arp.
