Fighter at-will Heavy Slash misses

Seems to get bugged sometimes in a fight, and it can't connect with enemies for a few minutes. Other at-wills seem to hit fine.

    The issue is that anything lower/higher than your fighter's plane seems to be unable to be targeted (drakes, smaller targets, etc). I thought this was fixed but I guess not.
