random crashes that will not go away feedback

i have been dealing with nothing but random crashes where i haven't been able to play after the fix they did on 5/23/19 to 5/24/19 and when i try to log into protector's enclave or go to yawning portal that i can not stop crashing there where i only last under 5 to 20 seconds where i find this to be very annoying cause after uninstalling a clean install of neverwinter and doing clean install of the game that the issue still hasn't been fixed for how this is not my amd drivers or my computer causing it where i hope they will look into this and hope it will get resolved for how i would like to play again
