Devout capstone feat Angel of Life

Is this working for anybody? If so, please explain how. I get my 30 stacks of Angelic Inspiration, can see Angelic Presence on buff bar, Hit Tab---nothing. Encounters still cost divinity.

Also, a better on-screen visual and/or a sound for Angelic Presence would be nice.

It’s touchy and fails to activate if you try to move at the same time. If you have the class feature slotted for mobile divinity and Astral Shield channeling, it will never work.

Thank you for the replies. I do have Swift Prayers slotted, I guess that's the issue. It's a sounds like a great feat but it's poorly implemented. Devs, please re-work this feat.
